1. Use of the site

You may browse, share, and link to public pages on this site for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:

Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at scale without written permission.
Attempt to bypass security, rate-limiting, or access controls.
Submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive form submissions (including spam to our inbox).
Use any imagery, video, or written content from the site as if it were your own.

2. Intellectual property

The films, photographs, designs, written copy, and brand assets on this site are the work of Kidd Creative or our clients (used with permission). They're protected by copyright. Don't download, reuse, or republish them without permission.

The Kidd Creative wordmark and the term "Cinematic Proof" are unregistered trademarks of Kidd Creative.

3. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We treat all submissions as confidential within our team and process them according to our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a brief does not create a contract. A project only begins when both parties sign a written agreement.

4. Third-party links

The site may link to outside sites (Vimeo, YouTube, Calendly, social platforms). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or behaviour.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" for informational and marketing purposes. We strive for accuracy, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kidd Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us within the past twelve months.
